Why I Built This

Time to change
the pattern.

After working with individuals who wanted to change their life and build better habits, I noticed something that was a common hurdle between all of them. It was never a lack of desire. It was the environment they were returning to every single day, their work routine, their team culture, whether in an office or working remotely, that quietly pulled them back.

When a whole team does this together, something different happens. The environment itself shifts. Habits that felt hard alone start to feel natural. That is the power of the group, and it is why I built this challenge.
